Delfoi Oy’s policy on the processing of personal data
This is a description of the processing of personal data at Delfoi Oy. The description is generally available on Delfoi’s website.
We adhere to the principles and practices of built-in and default privacy. This means that the processing takes place in accordance with the principle of good personal data processing in accordance with Section 8 of the Personal Data Act and Article 6 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The information is stored only for the specific time it takes for processing. In addition, information is protected against unauthorized use. The processing of personal data is restricted to those persons who are responsible for dealing with such information.
The processing of personal data is subject to the above-mentioned privacy principles, laws and regulations. The information has been collected for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose and will not be dealt with later in any way incompatible with these purposes. Personal data is processed legally, properly and transparently for the data subject.
Personal data is handled securely. Appropriate technical measures are used to protect it. The responsible person in the register of Delfoi Oy is the company’s CFO Antti-Pekka Viljakainen (<firstname>.<lastname>@ delfoi.com).
Delfoi Oy collects the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the customer for each customer’s invoice, product delivery and other contact. Customer information is also available to Delfoi Oy’s accountancy and auditor. This is not a so called register but the normal business billing and shipping address information. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties.
Some of the services we use are outside the territory of the Member States of the European Union or outside the European Economic Area. Data transmission is subject to the requirements of the Personal Data Code and we share these services with the principle of minimizing information and reducing the risk.
