The past year was historic for Delfoi. We founded Delfoi 32 years ago with the idea that production should be based on a model just like the products do. The focus was on a 3D process model of the operation, from robotics to logistics, whether it was a factory or a hospital. Nowadays this is called a digital twin.
At the end of September, we sold the robotics business to our long-term partner Visual Components. The Delfoi Robotics solutions had developed into world leaders in their field. When Visual Components approached us, we felt that this is a good moment for restructuring our business.
In the future, Delfoi has better possibility to focus on intelligent production planning solutions and operational development services in the industry, the healthcare and the public sector. Our goal is to continue strong growth and internationalization and to be a leading player in our field in selected segments.
