Delfoi sells its Robotics business

Delfoi, a forerunner in operation planning and development, sells its Robotics business to Visual Components

The long-term partner of Delfoi, Visual Components Group, acquires the Delfoi Robotics business. After the transaction Delfoi focuses on smart production planning solutions and operation development services and aims to further strengthen the growth and internationalization.

Visual Components is a fast-growing technology company in the global manufacturing space that offers a complete toolkit from manufacturing planning to industrial automation with powerful and easy-to-use 3D simulation software. Delfoi Robotics software covers almost all applications of industrial robotics. With this strategic acquisition Visual Components Group expands its product range to meet the demands of the growing automation industry with the world leading offline robot programming technology.

The acquisition is officially operational from 11th October 2022 and the staff of Delfoi Robotics business unit will become part of Visual Components Groups talented team of experts. Delfoi Robotics has operated as its own independent business unit and this transaction does not affect Delfoi’s other business operations or contracts. According to the agreement, the Delfoi Robotics business will continue under the Delfoi Robotics brand as part of Visual Components Group for the time being.
