We are developing new AI-based capabilities for Delfoi Planner to make the system easier to use, help users find information faster, and make reporting more flexible.
Our approach is based on delivering practical benefits without giving the language model access to customer data.
AI Help: support when you need it
AI Help makes Delfoi Planner user instructions available in a conversational format. Instead of searching through documentation, users can ask questions about the system’s features and functionality in natural language and receive clear answers quickly.
How AI Help works
With AI Help, users can:
AI Help uses a dedicated and comprehensive user guide document as its only source of information. It has no access to customer production, operational, or business data.
The documentation can include:
- instructions for using Delfoi Planner
- descriptions of features and functionality
- guidance for common user situations
- ERP-specific integration descriptions
- find the instructions they need more quickly
- learn to use Delfoi Planner more efficiently
- make better use of the system’s features
- access relevant guidance directly while working
AI Help has already been tested by a few Delfoi customers and will become available to all customers in Delfoi Planner version 2026.9.
AI Dashboard: tailored reports using natural language
AI Dashboard is designed to make report creation faster and more flexible. Users can describe the information they want to review in natural language without needing to create database queries or report templates themselves.
How AI Dashboard works
With AI Dashboard, users can:
- The user describes the required report in natural language.
- Only the database structure is sent to the language model. Customer data is not shared with it.
- AI generates the required database query and report template.
- Delfoi Planner executes the query against the customer’s own database.
- Delfoi Planner populates and displays the finished report.
- The report can also be exported as a PDF.

Customer data remains within Delfoi Planner throughout the process. The language model receives the database structure required to create the query, but not the information contained in the database.

A demo of AI Dashboard is already available. Development is continuing, but the release schedule has not yet been confirmed.
Our AI roadmap continues
AI Help and AI Dashboard are the first examples of the new AI-based capabilities being developed for Delfoi Planner.
We will continue developing additional capabilities in line with our AI roadmap, including MCP capabilities and AI agents. These developments are intended to create new ways to access information, support users, and make production planning and decision-making more efficient.
