We are hiring a Business Development Representative for North America

Location: Eastern or Central Time Zone, USA (Remote)

Delfoi is a fast-growing, global provider of the world’s leading cloud-based planning and scheduling solution. With established success in Europe, we’ve recently launched our U.S. entity and are looking to grow in North America. We are hiring a person to help build and lead our regional presence.   

Delfoi develops one of the world’s leading cloud-based production planning and scheduling solutions, helping manufacturing companies to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and delivery reliability. 

We collaborate with global ERP leaders such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft, along with their partner networks, to ensure seamless end-to-end planning, high customer satisfaction, and scalable solutions for diverse needs. 

Delfoi Planner  is an intelligent and user-friendly public-cloud solution with global customer base. Our customers represent a wide range of manufacturing sectors, including assembly, plastics, electronics, machinery, food, project manufacturing, and biotechnology.  

 
POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Business Development Representative – North America, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business across the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of building a new branch, backed by proven technology, established customer success stories, and strong industry partnerships with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and their ecosystems.

We are seeking a driven and independent professional with a strong track record in B2B IT solution sales, especially within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled relationship builder and deal-closer but is also comfortable delivering simple product demonstrations to prospects.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Executing the Delfoi sales strategy for North America.
  • Identify and work directly with sales prospects as well as the ability to work with outside partners for closing sales orders.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of midsize manufacturing companies
  • Leverage existing customer references and growing demand to accelerate sales.
  • Take the responsibility for conducting training and informative seminars for customers and partners
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and customers, such as Oracle NetSuite
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide timely follow-up with customers and prospects, being available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs.
  • Deliver basic product demos to showcase the value of our cloud-based planning solution.
  • Meet or exceed annual growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.
 
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in B2B IT solution sales, ideally in ERP, MRP, or production planning solutions.
  • Ability to conduct effective, straightforward product demonstrations to prospects
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing IT, lean production, and production processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Self-sufficient, trustworthy, and capable of operating independently.
  • Located in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Active Passport, and authorized to work in the USA
